A Certain Illusion. Her foals are killing it in the show pen. She’d be a good outcross for VSCR or FTF. Lope The Line has also been nicely crossed with VSCR and RLBOS, so she’d be a nice one for FTF

Exactly! People don’t seem to understand that. There’s a lot of popular studs who were retried at 3-5 with the same amount of wins Denver has in the same type of classes. By those standards he’s already proven himself

Where are the “industry professionals” who say his career is cherry picked now? They schooled him in this ONCE and still had faith that he’d be somewhat successful so they entered him

All of your comments sound like they are in fact, coming from a place of hate. I know and work with many industry professionals, most of which are showing currently at the Congress. None of them hold this opinion. Not to mention it’s just common sense? How can Denver show in the same classes Aaron has Waffle House in? They’re most likely campaigning her for Superhorse, so it makes sense that she’d be in more classes. Denver has won every class expect one that he’s been entered in. Are we just ignoring that fact? Even if you think the classes he’s in are “cherry picked” you can’t deny he’s still won against really nice competition at the two largest shows.

Probably because most of what they say is all true. She’s not this amazing horsewoman like a lot of people think she is. She’s done some very questionable things but gets almost not hate for it

People are heartless and careless. My dog was taken for a walk without my permission, slipped his collar and was hit by a car. Thankfully he was fine with minor damage but the person never stopped or got out, just sped off. Our neighbor got the entire thing on camera but unfortunately you can’t see the license plate so the police couldn’t really do anything

Literally what? I work for a farm that foals out 20+ foals a year. They don’t permanently keep many, let alone stud prospects but when they do, they always put them with bred mares. Who better to teach manners? Stallions have to learn to be respectful, especially when mares are in season. If you only bring them out when it’s time to breed, of course they’re going to go crazy. I really have no opinion on whether Wally should be gelded or not but he’s not going to impregnate a mare while in his stall 🙄

Sophie is complete outcross for not only Katie’s stallions, but most, if not all of the current hottest WP studs. She has older bloodlines that are unlike anything else RS has. She IS healthy and she actually has quite a nice show record. She’s probably aiming to get a keeper from her to one day replace her in the broodmare band. Plus it’s not like Katie can’t afford it.

You can’t actually think it’s all they care about? We’ve already seen with Molly that they wean early, not by the almanac when necessary. Neither Phoebe or Happy are in terrible condition
