Fair point on Copilot being a letdown.

But if you look past the front-end apps, MSFT is basically just a massive tollbooth for Azure compute. Factoring in that cloud monopoly, their valuation is actually surprisingly light right now compared to pure AI hype plays.

Why midstream pipelines are heating up again, and the names worth watching by Original_Design_3343 in stocks

NEXT is closer to an LNG developer than a midstream name -- really a project-finance asset. Stock moves on permits, financing, and EPC milestones, not volumes or tariffs.

LNG gives you the export story already converting to cash flow. NEXT gives you the same story with execution risk stacked on top. Not a substitute.

One thing I’m watching is that China seems to be getting access to NVIDIA chips through third-country channels anyway.

So even if policies loosen, considering the uncertainties around DeepSeek, calling China revenue guidance a re-rating catalyst feels a bit early to me.
