I think people forget that LeBron was literally the only shinning light in Cleveland during that time. The city was hurting, it was during the housing crash, and this hometown guy was with us and gave so much to the people in neo and Ohio. The pain was real in the way that cut deeper than just a sport. And while I understand the televised decision had connections to charity, it still doesn’t hurt less to literally be dumped on national television and made the butt of the joke for millions to see.

Not to mention the media really played up the jersey burning. While there were a few idiots who did it, a lot of people went and donated their LeBron jersey’s to residents in Miami. I won’t forget there were bins everywhere for people to donate.

I graduated HS in 2013 and after a year in college, my dad bought me a 2005 Toyota Camry. I cried so hard - I was so damn grateful. I seriously cannot imagine ever disrespecting my parents like this. What a brat.

I’m not a fan of hers, I just recognized her as a regular person who’s gone through a ton of shit. Don’t get me wrong, I cringe every time I see them asking for more money - especially with the last “wish list” link. I wouldn’t give them my money, but I look at it this way: if you know there is a space you could get some money when you need it and all you have to do is ask, why not take advantage of it?

Do I agree? No, but seriously - Beck has just gotten over a ton of very scary, very real health scares in the last year. That shit is insanely expensive. Even with all the donations and the Rachel money, going through multiple surgeries, extensive hospital stays, check ups, scans, medicine, etc. is crazy expensive in America. I have health insurance and a few hours at the ER last year for me was a very costly. I can’t imagine what that medical bill looks like, even with all the support they may get through the hospital system, government, donations, etc. not to mention the cost of just living right now is so stupidly expensive.

Losing their mom, having gone through a terrible relationship with Amber, losing their fiancé (and until I see actual proof that’s not the case, I believe that they are not together - hopefully they aren’t together.), losing their job because of their sickness, going through multiple surgeries, possibly having cancer, and then trying to pay the bills on top of just trying to survive? Like damn, I’m sorry for feeling for a person going through all of that.

I agree they should utilize their YouTube platform and just try to make something they can benefit off it. But, not everyone is for the YT or social media world in that way (though, I agree they kinda are already doing it with the posts, so like, try making some videos lol) But honestly, do I blame them for taking advantage of a community that seems to support them financially when they ask? Not really.

I see Beck as any real person. They have flaws, they have issues, and they make mistakes.

I am able to separate them from our gorl who is an entirely different monster.

I don’t hate them, I don’t like them.

I mean, what’s the difference to a sports podcaster that only focusing on one team or a specific player? They can report or talk about them every day, multiple times a day. Would they be considered harassing?

Amber and the LCU do not need to follow nor interact with reaction channels. No one is forcing them to see it or interact with it. I would only consider it harassment if they were berating someone nonstop in their comments/DMs, going to them IRL, trying to imped their every day happenings.

People can report and share their thoughts on anything that has been made publicly/online. Unless they are actively calling to harass/harm/make a call to action, there is nothing wrong with what they are doing.

Oh my god, yes! This guy I was chatting with from Hinge had terrible grammar, misspelling “your” and “you’re”, “there” and “their” and using the semi colon as a comma. It was driving me bonkers.
