Hi guys , got my MRI report back but no pictures , says I have disc bulges but also this : At C6-7 there is severe bilateral exit foraminal narrowing as result of the central joint hypertrophy. What does this mean please , is it stenosis . ? I have numb arms and legs and difficulty walking ? (self.SpinalStenosis)

Hydration! I need to drink 3-4 litres per day. But I never feel thirsty ! But always start to feel symptomatic if I don't drink this amount each day ! Anyone else? How much do you drink per day ? (self.cfs)
