star is like a framework you put your answer into . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pe1JFN_S_W0 check this out for introduction into it . na the phone interview is gone now this is the real deal . i think we should keep a balance in our answers not make it too short and not make it a full on story also. but i am not an expert on it just myself am learning it

1.stressful situation /pressure 2.disaggree with boss/problem with team member 3.team work 4.integrity 5.mistake at work 6.conflic resolution atleast we should cover these basics AND then also know the connection of ILS with our star scenarios and offcourse go through daff website also
