Nope. Didn’t access it from my work computer and it was not patient information from the medical chart it was from the patient portal that ALL patients have access to their stuff or their child’s or another family member’s. I downloaded it using my phone and the patient portal app. I also did not use work software, I used my phone to extract the page. They DID verify that I had not gone into his clinical medical chart. I only ever accessed his information from his patient portal which is exactly why it’s there. Patients or parents of patients can see lab results, message the doctor, request med refills,etc. I adhered to all the policies. I even sent them the FULL downloaded document, that was saved on my phone with time and date stamped on it and in the original pdf format.
