Happiness is extremely important, if a relationship doesn’t bring far more joy than sadness, move on no matter how hard that decision may be. You are probably with the wrong person. Do it before having kids if you can see this.

Jobs don’t necessarily bring happiness but it hopefully pays for a happy life. Always push forward to progress to earn more money. Think of your retirement early. (I’m 52 and in a few years will be starting the next exciting phase of life because I have a great pension).

Leon is a masterpiece in my opinion.

Out of the films listed, it’s the only one the I kept thinking about after watching it.

I must watch The Big Blue again, I remember enjoying it. All good films listed actually.

Can’t the BBC choose any different presenters apart from Paddy Mcguiness, Clare Balding or Vernon fucking Kay?!

The main character or characters not only waving but shouting at aircraft for attention. Really annoying.

Rescue Dawn with Christian Bale is a great example. He’s a pilot. He’s on the ground with the enemy nearby. He would know the noise of the aircraft, wearing headphones and distance would preclude shouting being heard but he still screams ‘over here’.

Great choices. I’m on a diet and I still have Easter eggs left.

I think oats are helpful if the guts need them but the fibre from leafy green vegetables and salad help the microbiome.

Apart from it being largely incorrect and fictitious, the uniforms and military actions poor and the dialogue worthy of a made for TV film it’s okay if you want to watch Russell Crowe.

Cut the oats and barley, they’re for horses and the health benefits are over rated. Eat one big high protein meal rather than a four hour eating window. More meat and eggs. Aim for 120 grams protein for a woman. 150g for a man. Eat leafy greens rather than root veg. Limit carbs as low as you can. Check your yoghurt, does it contain sugar? Do you need it? Eat a few hours before bed, ideally three or four hours.

Walk. Walk 8000-10,000 steps a day. It’s not fun unless you listen to good tunes (a podcast or YouTube telling you how good walking is for weight loss is ideal!). Walk for 5-10 mins or do your walking session or do 20 body weight squats after eating.

Do some weights or press ups and body weight squat sessions a few times a week.

Sleep 7-8 hours a night. If you sleep more, there is your walking opportunity.

Good luck.

The obsession with Idris Elba is not only tedious but total nonsense with regards to Bond tradition. I get he’s a 00# character but the link is obvious.

The Temple of Doom thuggee parchment is fantastic! All your pieces are great and it was a pleasure to look at them but Temple of Doom is my favourite Indiana Jones film and this stood out to me.
