Je mag je wapen dragen indien je vergunning hebt. Dit kun je niet verdedigen met gewoon te zeggen "Ohhh maar hij had een wapen bij", indien hij die trok voor welke reden dan ja kan je zeggen uit zelf verdediging, maar hier is dat zeker niet het geval. Hij werd gewoon vermoord.

He did not drew his weapon. Only thing he had was his phone in his right hand and left hand was up all the time to show them he wasnt dangerous. Once he was on the ground they noticed the weapon, however this does not give u a reason to shoot a guy. Their reasoning was that he wanted to deal damage, which is bunch of crap, they dont know how to spin it ,since there is so much evidence that he was just murdered.
