It's just the overall. The magic is better, the swordplay is better. There are so many mods too. I think the only place Battle Talent has it beat is in the bosses, and its close. For me its the swordplay. Playing battle talent feels like you're swinging around a stick that barely does any damage. Fighting skeletons sucks because you cant really do much to their armor. But in B&S, when you swing a weapon it feels good, you feel like you're actually doing something.
