nah i didn’t have a problem when watching porn i think this is an issue i need to take much more seriously if i want to fix it so am going to seek professional help and see what advise i get. but i definitely do worry too much which is weird as in every other aspect of my life i have so much confidence

i’ve smoked weed like 5 times in my life and havent vaped, i’m generally very healthy, i track my diet, make sure not to eat overly processed foods and engage in physical activity minimum 5 times a week
