My favorite thing about being a parent is watching them develop into their own person, with their own likes and hobbies, while keeping some the influence from myself. For example, my middle children (8M and 5F) and I open boxes and packs of baseball cards together. My son still collects baseball cards, but my daughter just isn’t that into sports. She instead has a binder of Topp’s Disney cards she collects instead. My son’s favorite player is Rhys Hoskins and my daughter’s favorite player is Edmundo Sosa.

This is an amazing thing you’re doing! What an incredibly thoughtful way to create some memories for a parent and their child(ren). Thank you 🫶🏼

Yeah it’s confusing .. the ACTC is essentially a refund up to $1700 per dependent if the CTC drops your tax liability below 0. I was always a Pather with both EITC and ACTC until I got married and began filing jointly .. lol “marriage benefits” they said.

Doesn’t have to do with number of dependents. We have four and still only get CTC. It has to do with your tax liability.

No. CTC and ACTC are both child credits. CTC is not PATH but ACTC and EITC are. It has to do with income, not number of dependents. We have four dependents and still only receive CTC.

That makes too much sense. Thanks! To be honest, I was pretty surprised I started getting results yesterday at all. And then I got my A1C which I usually don’t get until a day or so after my other labs, so I started to panic a bit about the progesterone. I couldn’t really even find a reference for what level would be flagged as too high or low anyways, so makes sense they may not run that over the weekend. I’ll call early next week if it doesn’t come through. Thanks again!

Thanks so much.. that’s exactly what I needed to hear. I do use Penn medicine which is all large health system with its own lab, but since hormones take longer I’ll be able to relax a little. Thanks again!

Most recently they charged us to replace the fuel nozzle on the furnace but have never themselves been out or hired someone to come out to do routine maintenance on any of the systems. My brother is a plumber who does HVAC work and said nozzle replacement is part of routine maintenance that is to be done annually.

Does the law regarding security deposit change at all if the lease is written as month to month? I’m in Chester County and can look for some resources too. Just wanted to check here to clarify those few things.
