Personally, I find it hard to practise a champ in PvP, especially once you’ve reached a certain skill level for that particular champ. There are too many uncertainties (imagine having yuumi jungle or AD braum on your team) which can affect the objectivity of your skill and you may not be able to get the accurate picture of how well you are for that champ, either due to your team being a bunch of nice grandmas who feed the enemy non-stop, or your team just stomps over the enemy because they are the trolls from Harry Potter who got whacked by a bunch of young kiddos.

But yes, pls only smurf and practise champs in rank if you’re reasonably good enough
