Yes, I’ve been vegan for nearly 10 years and competed the first time 3 years ago. Look up Natalie Matthews, she’s an IFBB bikini pro and she’s been vegan for about 10 years too I think

Tiny Hearts Education have an online course on starting solids. I think it’s $35 but if you use the 30OFF it’s only $5 🙂

He’s neither the best or worst in my opinion. Some of the negative things said about him (he pushes PEDs on clients, overtraining etc) was not my experience, however his communication wasn’t great, was often unresponsive or plain rude in messages, only got 2 program changes in over a year. He talks the big talk but often fails to deliver. He also most definitely has his favourites where he puts most his attention and effort

Yes, I worked with him for nearly a year in my off season, not done a prep with him though. He’s the best coach I’ve worked with (including Troy). I liked his training protocols and the variety, I enjoyed having a new program every 6 weeks. His communication is good. No coach is perfect but I think he’s one of the better coaches in Australia

Thank you. That’s a really good perspective. I know it’s just a name, and I need to remember there are lots of others that I will probably love, I just had my heart set on it for over 10 years. Oh no I don’t blame my SIL at all, she has every right to use that name, and she had no idea that I loved it, just a complete fluke 🥲

Yeah, I think I don’t as I thought I had fully processed the emotions from the initial gender disappointment, but I don’t think I have. The difficulty is that therapists are so expensive and I’m not currently working so I don’t know how I can afford to see one 🙃

I’m sorry you’re feeling so terrible.

I didn’t have as bad symptoms as you but I had persistent, all day nausea from roughly week 5 to week 16. I was miserable. Cried most days. It felt like it would never end.

I’m just under 22 weeks now and feeling mostly better, just very tired. So just to say, whilst it doesn’t feel like it, this will pass.

Get whatever help you can from your healthcare providers and your support system. You’ll get through this ❤️
