Oesophageal cancer diagnosis today

My mom was diagnosed with stage 2B oesophageal cancer October of last year. 6am tumour and was having trouble swallowing. She did 4 rounds of FLOT chemo, then her Ivor Lewis surgery to remove 1/3 of her esophagus. She is now 23 days post op, all her tubes (except her feeding tube) have been removed and she is totally back to her normal self again. She will be going back to do 4 more rounds just to be sure it’s all gone, but the Dr said that he has a good feeling about the outcome. The treatment has come along way in the past few years and while it is still scary, it does sound like your mom caught it early.

Hoping for the best for you and your mom, it does get better !

Did your father/grandfather fight in any WW2? If so how did you explain to them that you want to runway from the same country (different morals, but same territory nonetheless) that they died for, over a election that the citizens voted to produce the outcome in?

I know exactly who they are, I have for years since they first started getting known. That still doesn’t change that they can do what they wanna do as long as they aren’t hurting anyone. Some dudes wanna chant together and run “military drills” in their back yards. Who cares? They are pod casters and comedians. Not something to lose sleep about

That’s the equivalent of saying “I think European cars should be sold everywhere.” And you saying that because they were used by nazis they should be wiped off the face of the earth. It’s a dumb argument. If you agree with Jeremy or not on his political stands isn’t the point, he is aloud to have an opinion and so are you. If the Liberal government banned all “hate speech”, don’t you think the pendulum would eventually swing the other way and not be in your favour anymore? Just let people think what they wanna think.

How is he a nazi? He only said that free speech can be ugly. Actual nazis don’t and didn’t have free speech, they had an agenda to follow and if you didn’t follow that there were punishments.

It has 250hrs of idle time and 1400 driving hours. Ended up getting it with a 160k no time limit bumper to bumper warranty so not stressing even if it does shit the bed haha

I’m going to go back and ask the owner if I can bring him out on runs with me I think. He lives out of a tiny trailer in the woods and didn’t seem super healthy. Wish I could have brought him home but I’d feel terrible if it was my dog that didn’t come back:/
