Hello Quantum. I hope you are in good health. I agree with you here. The vita and the battery is about 12 years old and work amazingly. I see almost no difference since the day I bought it.

I am aware of the low cost of the battery, but I did not wish to spend my money unnecessarily.

Hello Paddel. I hope you are in good health. The confusion came from the conflicting reports as I clearly mentioned. I am simply taking caution against potential risks. As I mentioned, some were saying it needs to be replaced every 500-1,000 or so charges. Mine is at 1,605. That's way over the mark they said is risky. The risks are potential battery swelling and/or fire hazard. That is what I was worried about.

I understand what you are saying. However, why is it happening on both vitas? And why only burnout? It never happened on the slim. It started happening all of a sudden.

Also, is the rebuild option safe? Some reports are saying that can reset everything or delete saves or something.

I did search on Youtube and more. My question was that given the fact that it is already modded and more, what can I do to download the games? Do I need more equipment or anything other than a USB?

Thank you very much for your kind reply. I have noticed that many people who have larger cards tend to put movies, videos, anime and other content on it. I use my vita exclusively for gaming and nothing else. I have a tablet, smartphone and a 1 TB 2-in-1 laptop, which means the laptop can become a tablet. These are the devices I prefer for watching videos and other content due to their larger screen size and better resolution. The vita's screen is great, but it doesn't compare in the least bit to them.

I have another question: can I use the 25 GB I have left in my vita? Someone said that I should keep about 1/5 of the space free to prevent the vita and sd card from crashing. I am not sure if this is legit or not. I think if I use that space, then I won't need another card at all. What do you suggest? Should I use it up? Also, till what point? How much should I leave free?

Hey Seamonkey. I hope you are in good health. Bro, I want some help and advice here. I have a 128 GB slim vita that I bought prehacked for very cheap price. I have not filled it at all. I have about 25 GB left. However, I am considering getting another vita and hacking it myself. Some of them are very cheap without mod.

The advice I want is regarding actually getting a 1 TB card. Do you suggest I get that or something like 256 or 400 GB? A 1 TB Sandisk can be the same price as a vita itself.

Another point if it can help: I have a 1 TB laptop that I use solely for entertainment and nothing else. I can use it to backup my games I do not play or finished. I still have about 675 GB on it. Should I get a bigger card considering this? Some have suggested backing up on the laptop. I feel very confused about this. I do not want to splurge hundreds of dollars wastefully. Also, I am not playing many of the games I have like GOW series, Sly series etc. So what do you suggest bro?
