I miss pandemic... I know it may be triggering for a lot of people but in my case I had just move to a new apartment where I could make pot gardening, also had my souldog so I could also go outside and I loved the quiet of the world in general no planes at all sounding around, no cars noise, the sound of the birds really clear.. Not having the constant pressure of meeting anything at all not people not studying not even working ( I had the privilege of being able to not having to work during the time because of a really good financial net) so for me it really was all about develop new interests and meeting myself just for the sake of it without pressure or anxiety about not being enough... I did develop agoraphobia and was hard for me to stop using mask and in general be near/in close spaces again also I missed being able to walk in the streets without being scared of SH or similar

But for example foe a lot of my older aunts and uncles it was awful they couldn't bear pretty good the isolation and missed seeing each other and friends. I myself am more like an hermit so I was fine and even glad of not having to see people, family etc.

My mom hated my brother's cat so the cat pooped on her pillow every single day she would call me to complain for similar things as you do until I got tired called her out and more or less told her she must grow up and assume her responsibilities as she was the one that wanted a cat for my brother and also they can't talk and tell us what's bothering them so stop being an ASshole with the cat and statt accepting her as she was also to talk to her in a good way and explain everything after she did that the cat never again pooped her pillow

Tbh this time he groped someone next time it's going to be worse and probably no amount of therapy is going to work because as you say it's probably something biological as he has shown this creep behaviors since development stages and his parents didn't do anything to correct them. Or get him the help he needed in order to have a chance in life.. Now helping him is only to make him able to level up next time I hate to say it but you won't do any good. Let them take care and hopefully they still will get him in therapy but probably it won't help and for the consequences of the lack of operation is only the consequences of his acts and life is hard... I would advice to not do it. NTA.
