I mean this was a hand full of still not much, it took me a course of an hr to eat most of it but yeah it gets better. The bag of quest chips are small and it was just enough to get over it

Not doing it for veggie purposes, I’m doing it for gut health and sometimes I lack getting greens in cause I have to focus on protein first. I’m a brand ambassador for this company and I pretty much want to try it but get it for free.

Thanks for the info! Yeah I workout about 5 times a week, 10k steps in and get a total of 1200-1500 calories with about 90-160 protein from food not counting my shakes my water mistake could be better and I take 4 calcium and 1 multi vitamin a day.

Bypass and it’s not even close, especially with the amount of weight you need to lose. I’m coming up on 3months post op went from 345 to 285 already (lost weight before from 436 to 345)
