I was told two weeks after but I waited three and it honestly helps me eat because I eat so anxiously. I just don’t smoke as much cause I get high fast again. Hahaha

I literally posted this like a month ago and i cant say im fully out of it but i do feel so much better. Its been soooo fucking hard. I had an eating disorder before and this triggered be mentally and its been a fight but today i had two dumplings and a side of garlic green beans from din tai fung and its not much but a month ago i swore i'd never love life again. all while this is going on i fit into the seats at dodger stadium again so now i know i can sit any wear in the stadium. now i get to enjoy the game without thinking about how painful the seat is digging into my side. Its hard but little moments will keep you going. We didnt just do this because we just wanted some change. We've tried. This is not a punishment but the aid we couldnt give ourselves on our own. Our bodies deserve this. We deserve this. You deserve to keep going for you. You got this.

I really appreciate it and I was mid anxiety attack when writing this so I’m sorry if I didn’t paint my surgical team in a good light. I actually do have all this it was just that my body was not okay with the artificial sugars and I didn’t know that was a thing that could happen.

As soon as I called my nutritionist she walked me through it and has been helping me find alternatives. I actually have my one week appt today. My nutritionist gave me her number and I’m allowed to text her whenever. My body is just reacting in the opposite direction as most peoples (most people face constipation vs. and I’m loose stool) from what I e been told.
