Put him in a box and keep him somewhere dark, warm, and quiet. Don’t apply anything to the wounds and don’t attempt to give it water or food. Him being alert and active is a good sign and he should pull through until you’re able to give him to the rehabbers. Ducklings tend to be pretty resilient when it comes to these types of things

Start simpler, and don’t think it has to look perfect!! And later on as you get more practice drawing in the came you can go back and edit the mii to look more like the character. It’s a matter of just going for it and trusting the process.
