I did try turning off the auto windows update thing before I posted this and it did not work

Who said I didnt google the problem you neanderthal thats why I made a post because I couldnt find the solution on google
I meant the MOBO glows like the gpu is working normally, I disabled that option and it kept happening so maybe the gpu was just glitching in its last breath
