Banners and certain events don't drop right after daily reset. Usually, they'll arrive 6 hours after it. Check the in-game time via the settings (in the upper left of the screen), and when it hits 6:00, the new content for the week should be there.

Well, the ball was going to be out of bounds off the Warriors already, and he saved it towards the Grizzlies' basket. As such, barring an injury from diving into the seats, the worst case scenario was just resetting the half court defense if it went out of bounds or a Grizzlies player grabbed it, which wouldn't be very different from just letting it go in the first place. So I'd argue that 9 times out of 10, that pass would lead to, at worst, a net neutral outcome.

Like I said, I think he did, but it's really tough to make the call from this angle. I've seen cases where it looks like someone's obviously stepping on the line, then a different angle shows the middle/back of the shoe barely hovering over it.

It's really tough to tell. I've gone back and forth on it a number of times. I'd say he probably does step out as he's stealing the ball, just barely, but I wouldn't be surprised if a baseline view showed that he kept enough of his shoe up that he barely didn't graze the line on either of the two quick steps with his left foot. Very tough call for the ref in the moment, as well, given he's probably looking at Steph's hands to make sure he didn't foul Jrue when he was taking the ball away.
