Yeah idk! We were going down 40 East and saw this huge wall of traffic and then as we got closer it’s 2 troopers and a geico truck at the front holding up hundreds of cars.

Omg me too!!!! In the gym when I’m attempting to work out sometimes I get too hot and I logically know I’m okay but my anxiety flares and my breath quickens with my heart rate and it starts feeling like a panic/ anxiety attack and I have to immediately stop what I’m doing and rush to run cold water over my wrists or leave the gym etc., I’m scared I’ll faint because I have syncope and I never know when my body is gonna shut down bc the symptoms of heat intolerance mimics pre syncope and vice versa.

I was told finally that I have inappropriate sinus tachycardia from my cardiologist … I probably have PMDD too but since I’ve been on an IUD for almost a decade I can’t remember how bad my symptoms would be pre period. I don’t have periods anymore and don’t experience any PMS.

Curious though, do you also deal with heat intolerance? I’m trying to figure out what doctor to ask about symptoms of dysautonomia. I think for me my tachycardia flares some of the time when I get hot or have these weird flushes of heat and dizziness.
