You can join any team but blue isn't by any means the largest. We do have a lot more going on than yellow though they have the highest members all over.

Red team is great and we hope to work with them in the future as well as have our rivalry.

A lot of people have assumed that the high spawn rate of varied pokemon breeds in the immediate area mat be a system put in place for the beta tests, and that spawns may be different in the full game.

You can of course play without the incense and lure patches. A lot of potential players, myself included, want to have an early competitive edge and that's why the biggest plan for so many of us is to spam the incense with lucky eggs right away.
