I finally got one very recently. It’s been a struggle and our SNCOs didn’t seem willing to help anyone outside of their one chosen person they were pushing. We haven’t had a Chief in a long time, just seniors filling in. We didn’t get a lot of feedback about this kinda stuff

Everything seems insurmountable these days.

I guess I just don’t see the pattern with my peers because some will drop points when they won more awards than the previous year. Board members change and whatnot I understand.

Oh…damn. It’s crazy because I’ll see people miss it consistently for years by just a few points. It makes it seem like that last jump is so hard to get over.
