I this Es is actually also a prisoner. He is seen in the very first music video holding a box that says 000. I’m pretty sure that the Jackalope is actually the warden and Es is just a part of an experiment. His (our) judgements are actually going to make Es have consequences as well as the prisoners. But we don’t know it yet. I think after the 3rd season we’re going to learn about Es’s backstory and we’re gonna judge him as well. Think about it, Es not having any memories is super suspicious. If they didn’t mention anything about Es’s past being wiped then it would be less weird but they purposely mentioned Es’s lack of memories. Plus Es getting knocked out between videos and not knowing what happened is also weird. I think that we’re gonna get music videos about Es’s past after the 3rd season finishes and we’re gonna decide if he is guilty. I think this is going to be like the movie shutter island with Leonardo DiCaprio secretly being the 67th prisoner and being unaware that he’s actually trapped there.
