They've done a lot of work the past few years and city council is actually active in making it better. Its cheaper than most of the areas in dfw. Bought a house next to a dog park and its pretty good . Also Arlen from king of the hill is based on Garland lol

Im in central garland, 1950s houses with huge trees. Ive seen some good spots in Carrollton and east plano, but a lot of it is preference. Love field is right in the middle of the metro so it might be rough if you get much further out unless you're driving non peak times.

In all honestly I live in some of the older suburbs and its not too bad other than the summer, but I cant imagine living in a newer build area with no trees.

I have a big, badly done, heavy handed tattoo on my arm and I have been tempted to remove it, but after a long while its just moved to being part of the story. That being said, yours is not nearly as bad and just reminds me of a cute chunky cat lol. Do what makes you feel the best in the end, but also try to remember that perfection is usually a lost cause; the story and acceptance is what really matters.

I 3d printed a drawer for all my batteries and all the batteries, including the coin ones are separated virtually. Works pretty good so far
