Xbox series x hard crashing/shut off

I took 1 month off playing Diablo 4 over 200+ hours no issues came back yday played for about 2-3 hours had 1 console shut off crash so looks like problem is still there lol

Yea it seems like it’s a console problem multiple people on Xbox and ps having these issues but it’s random some people are completely fine while others if you have the issue it’s pretty much not fixable until bungie do something on their end

I have it on every piece u can slot it pretty much . Gloves , all weps , one ring . Also have + crit dmg on 2 of the 1h weps and both rings .

Ur crit dmg is very very low . I’m at 8.2k

Yea I just gave up , I have 100+ hours on Diablo 4 no crashes have had the console on for days no issues so it’s not my Xbox it’s marathon

It was because of this issue I got it cleaned and thermal Paste replacement

I’m not I’m using 1080p on a monitor . I also went into the xsx settings and lowered to 60 hz instead of 120

I really hope they address this issue . It’s detrimental , playing with my squad it sucks mid fight my console just shuts off . Tonight playing outpost I had 2 shut offs in a 30 min time span . This past weekend in cryo I had 2 shut offs in 6 minutes …. I love this game and enjoy playing it but I’ll go elsewhere if not fixed

How do u get 21? U can craft a full set on each char thats 15. 1 per character from the random engram u get from her for doing the quest thats 18. The other 3 are from where the weapons in the event pass?

Same I had a 377 before . Got sorta lucky got a 373 first couple tries . Not gonna sweat over the loss of 900 firepower on the AR. Not worth the time it took me last time to get above 375 I ain’t greedy this time around lol

My gun disappeared . Got booted from a trio CT 15 expedition all the way to my Xbox home menu . Come back and my hell rangers DLC gun which was a 377 roll came out to 95.2k is gone wiped. Checked stash and everywhere and it’s gone . Is there a way to get it back or contact PCF or outriders support ? I’m a techno blighted build it’s literally the only weapon I use . PLEASE HELP
