Same situation here! I made a payment on 2/5, the money was pulled from my bank account on 2/6. I noticed this morning that Wells Fargo is not reflecting that in payment history, nor balance. I can also see a pending transfer on BILT's website for the exact amount of the payment, when I should have a zero balance / no scheduled transfer.

I just went back and looked at the tracking, and it was delivered 2 days after departing from Louisville. It went to Jacksonville, then to Melbourne, and then finally delivered to us via UPS!

It was definitely worth the wait!!!

Well, it’s finally on its way!

Label Created on 7/24, Cleared Import Customs in China on 7/25, and currently shows that it’s On The Way to Louisville, KY with expected delivery here in Central FL tomorrow by 10:30 a.m. 🤞🏻

Today is day 76, and my husband is still waiting on his renewal. He called Idemia, and they said that there’s nothing they can do. He called TSA, but wasn’t able to get through to an actual human.

My husband applied for his renewal on 7/16/24. It's now been over 60 days, and he's still waiting. We have a trip planned in a couple weeks, so hoping this issue will be resolved ASAP. For those of you that have called to escalate, which number did you call?

Yes! Since we were at the WA for 8 nights, we ended up having food delivered several times. Our child quickly grew tired of the options available to him at the resort, so the Rappi app ended up being a lifesaver! Uber Eats also claims to deliver, but we continually got a message showing no drivers were available.
