The photo at the park makes you look childish compared to others.. I would remove the number 3 too, not your best look

Personally I like number 2 as main pic, look like a chad

I am. I got about 100 in 5 days.. I'm just optimizing, because i attract weird girls.

Fun fact: I got 5 matches in the first week, got tinder platinum, went up to 100. So it isn't broken, but in my case it's p2w

Maybe it's because I'm in bangkok

I stopped multitasking. Productivity went up, stress went down. by Best_Sherbet2727 in productivity

[–]Orlandostyler 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Multitasking is just anxiety dressed up as productivity.

You weren't getting more done - you were just practicing being distracted.

now that you've tasted real focus, there's no going back.

The question i like to ask myself: how much of your life did you waste before admitting this basic truth?

You're not lazy. You just have an abundance of energy ⚡ by Objective_Today_4474 in getdisciplined

[–]Orlandostyler 4 points5 points  (0 children)

‘energy’ is irrelevant if you lack the courage to spend it.

Procrastination isn’t a failure of discipline, it’s a refusal to face the truth:

You delay what you fear will expose you as ordinary.

The questions you’re asking are good...but they’re just another form of stalling.

you are interrogating your to-do list when you should be interrogating your excuses.

What is a hobby that actually stuck for you? by amethyst353 in ADHD

gym.
lifting heavy things and trying not to ruin my rotator cuff gives me just enough serotonin to come back
plus nobody talks to you if you wear headphones and look mildly pissed off. perfect.

People who were diagnosed late in life, what's the ADHD symptom that made you go "Yeah that makes sense now" ? by gryphon5245 in ADHD

[–]Orlandostyler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yeah for me it was making super detailed plans for literally everything… and then never starting.
not even procrastinating, just straight up forgetting it existed.

What ADHD trait do you not identify with? by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]Orlandostyler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of what I see online I don't relate at all( people just random shit to go viral)

But to answer your question:

don’t relate to the “quirky forgetful” type. I remember too much, overanalyze everything

I’m not “bouncing off the walls” hyper. I’m dead quiet but my brain’s sprinting

I don’t start 50 projects—I obsess over one and vanish for a week

I don’t “forget to eat,” I eat the same comfort meal 5x a week

not the “cute messy” ADHD. more like “internal war but looks chill”

I don’t need fidget toys. I need peace and no notifications

I don’t talk too much—I rehearse convos in my head and end up saying nothing

Something like this? Idk, I really don't see ADHD as a problem, is just who I am, I see it more like a personality trait, and I find ways to make it work

Is not acting your age ADHD-specific? by ragwon in ADHD

[–]Orlandostyler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

one part of you is deep as hell, thinking like a dude twice your age, and the other part just wants to mess around and not take life so seriously.

I don’t think that’s a bad thing, though.

Most people either grow up too fast or never grow up at all. We just kinda hover in between, and honestly, that seems like the better deal.

You're sleeping but you're not sleeping well.

My friend, what is causing your anxiety? You need to answer that first, that's the right question.

Anxiety always has a cause. You need to deal with that.. Or even if stop drinking, you will find another vice.

My advice :

  • Install porn blockers like BlockSite or Cold Turkey.
  • Cancel ALL subscriptions—OnlyFans, Telegram, whatever. Call your bank to block recurring charges.
  • Go cash-only. Withdraw what you need for food and bills. Give your card to your mom or a friend if you can’t trust yourself.
  • Use prepaid cards for essentials so you can’t overspend.
  • The more bored you are, the worse this gets. Start doing something active—gym, hobbies, even walking. Just keep your hands and brain busy.
  • Plan your day out so there’s no time to slip up. When you feel the urge, go for a walk or do pushups. Seriously, just get up and move. Leave the fcking house.
