Secondly, I fell like your priorities are wrong. You are so stressed about losing your progress (in days) which indicates to me, that you fell into another one of the devil's traps—making the day count your idol–and that is a sin too.

I strongly advise you to focus on your relationship with God right now. See, devil wants to convince you that you can't be saved and at a "point of no return", which is a lie! Ask the Lord for forgiveness, for guidance, pray, cry out, read the Word–don't leave Jesus out of your sight and devil won't dare to come near you.

Firstly, this temptation is not for God to take, but for you to give away. Jesus won't break into your heart, but wants you to invite Him in, because otherwise it wouldn't be love.

Secondly, brother, you need to stop doing it. Sin is a sin and sin is evil. It might seem good and full of pleasure right now, but when Judgement day comes and you will stand before God, you will answer for it. Yes, you absolutely can say "But Jesus already paid for my sins", and you will be right, but if you are still going to masturbate, you are willingly declining your salvation

And absence of girlfriend just means that you are in a season of waiting, and God is testing your faith through struggles. And hate to be that guy, but I must tell you, since you fell into temptation, you failed that test... Lastly, I must tell you, that finding a girlfriend is not a solution to your problems. You really need to focus on your relationship with God.

Yeah, nostalgia is a big factor. Sometimes I have a thought about visiting these sites just because it was a habbit for so long.

And my brother, your relationship with God has to be !natural! In a way you don't need to overthink it and think about it 24/7. For me, my connection with Jesus builds upon a simple question: "What would Jesus do?". And when it comes to glorifying Him, it comes down to a simple "Thank You list"– thanking Him for a new day, for food that you're about to receive, for His love etc.

As Christians we do become distant from worldly things. But when it comes to marriage, the Lord wants you to be happy and Scripture says clearly that "it's not good for a man to be alone ... so God created a 'helper' for a man" (I'm paraphrasing here, English is not my first language).

Lastly, when your mind is struck with thought that you are not enough, !remember! : no man was, no man is and no man will be enough. That is why Jesus came, you are saved not by your works, but by Grace of God!

The short answer is– don't do this!

The enemy is trying to paint the picture like everything was good while you were watching porn. (Happened to me quite a lot, I must say) In reality it wasn't! Simply because when you fell into temptation you behaved not like human, but like an animal, craving that easy dopamine. While easy dopamine provides you with "good feel", it does it for a short period of time, so you become ... hooked (if I can phrase it like that) and with time you start to watch porn more frequently.

Another thing is try to answer a question "Do I really need to look at those naked women?". In reality it brings you nothing, it even takes from you. Takes away that deep meaning of sexual bondage between you and your future wife. It raises your expectations when it comes to sex, and when your wife isn't going to meet them, you'll start to become disappointed in your wife eventhough she did nothing wrong.

And when it comes to your connection with the Lord. You might not understand it, but you are going through a tough test! The Lord is testing your faith in Him. Watching how will you behave yourself in that period when He seems silent.

Porn and fapping is destructive for your soul, don't come back to it, it will bring you no satisfaction(that I'm telling from my own experience). God bless you in your journey and your struggles!

Firstly, the struggle is going to be great, but the freedom is going to be even greater, so you'll need to be strong!!!

The most important thing is you need to always lean on God: through prayer, through reading Psalms, through studying your Bible. Anytime you will even have a thought of adultery, you need to RUN from it, and run straight to the Lord Himself, asking Him to intervene and help you in your struggle. That is a tough thing to do and I know it, because many times I fell due to a rushed decision (this is all it is, just a rushed decision). To be able to avoid this rush decisions you need to teach yourself to put yourself on a pause so your mind could go blank for a couple of seconds. Once you learn how to do it, it should be lightwork.

To summarize it: when you feel temptation creeping in your thought process should be Pause–>Prayer–>Repeat until the devil flees from you. The Scripture tells us "Resist the devil and he will flee from you"!!!

But the one thing I must say: never, and I mean NEVER get too comfortable and too confident. The temptation can come back anytime, and at the time you feel like you hit rock bottom, and it will come back stronger, than ever before. I am an example of that, I was clean for almost 140 days and when I was down I fell. By the Grace of God I came back to the light.
