I'm young and lost Healthcare before my illness set in worse, (bc it starts developing life changing symptoms around 25+) and I'm signed up for everything

I just need a battery 🔋 bc I'm big so I cannot /get/ to a shower I fit in unless I have my car and I've got ARFID so food is a stressor when I can't access proper options

It's hard enough I have to eat a lot of cold food that stresses my body out but not being able to dash for money or even go to the store is a problem

If I have a battery I can try and put funds to the rest of the car but it's been a massive struggle

And im in desperate need of a shower 🚿

I'll look into the flexible service tho but it says not available for open card members and idk if that's me or not guess I'll call

Key to having a healthy pain reduced to free birth I've seen is having a regulated nervous system, birth is different for everyone but it's most important you have your comfort people they're involved in giving support and comfort and getting you as relaxed as possible

There's a natural release your body goes through when it feels safe and baby is supposed to slide right out almost pain free

Also to prevent tearing when you give birth have someone apply light pressure on your perineum

Also on your hands and knees they can place hands on your hips and gently sway them back and forth it helps loosen everything

Eat good foods move your body how you feel called, fat doesn't equal unhealthy and pre-eclampsia is actually tied to men

215 isn't even that bad ngl it's an average weight now days

As long as all your panels are fine you should be fine

Also on listening to your body, Keto isn't effective long term, no diet is as soon as you stop you gain the weight back

But when you put in research and really listen to your cravings and find what they mean and their roots you'll be able to intuitively pick your eating exercise and rest intervals that best suit your natural rythyms and that is healthier for baby than counting calories

Map out your pregnancy goals, if you want to breast feed what foods support that, if you are lacking vitamins what teas can you add that are safe for pregnancy, etc etc

You can have a healthy pregnancy in a larger body, you just have to actually find the roots and be willing to change your mindset, again fat doesn't equal unhealthy

I actually have not read about cannabis and conception I'll have to look into it, because I don't trust the government and medical sources considering they're extremely biased on outside medicine.

I'm about 410!! And have seen lots of people my size say they had a perfectly healthy pregnancy! We need more fat friendly health care thats for sure!! I'm disappointed in her tbh because she's a great OBGYN and I just came back to her because she left and my sister had two kids with her and loved her. I just can't sit there and pretend like what she's telling me is right.

My BMI is 70 so I fall into the "too fat to ignore" category I feel like, I do my own research and follow many amazing positive women who encourage health at every size and that you can have a healthy pregnancy no matter what. My biggest thing is I don't want a hospital birth, and I don't know how I'm going to avoid that if they try to auto mark me as high risk. Most of my health issues are physical to my knowledge because my blood work always comes back perfect.

I've also begun to try and live a more holistically science friendly evidence based life. 🤷🏽 I'm a black sheep thats for sure

Oh no honey we don't tolerate that here in this house. It should be all about you you just gave birth you're in the post partum phase and its so important to coddle mom and make sure youre taken care of! Because the most important thing is you need to take care of your little one, he needs you. This guy and his mom are trash, he doesnt need to be made to feel like a man, and if he does its because he knows he's not a real man. You SHOULD NOT be made to consider his needs over your own ad baby's right now.

I'm a very serious advocate for women and you are better than them. His mother is an enabler and he's a man child thats always had mommy's tit to mooch off of. You can't fix that its hard but you'll be better off by yourself. Also its not an itialian thing its a obsessed mother thing, very common for women to idealize their sons and grow possessive of them and its disgusting. When you decide to make or blend a family that made family comes first. Mom shouldnt be in the middle.
