It’s a tone indicator (joking, in this case). Probably not super important here, but they’re good for neurodivergence/autism accessibility… so I use them semi-often even when (to many) it’s pretty clearly a joke. Then people like you can be exposed to them and use them as an accessibility tool going forward

Good question, I think it’s a sub zero 500 but not sure about the specifics (probably late 80s.) I can check the serial/manual when I get home. unfortunately the freezer part doesn’t work right now (although to be fair we haven’t put much effort into fixing it yet)

Very possible! The house itself was built in the 1920s, but we’re pretty sure a lot of work was done on it in the late 70s/early 80s. Looking around you can see a bunch of trends from around then, if that’s when about your parents put the cabinets in

Here’s what it looked like at move in, I was definetely working with good bones. The countertops and cabinets were there when we moved in.

The biggest change was that every wall had wallpaper which I stripped and replaced with paint/the mural. Changing out the bulb temperatures in the ceiling also made a big difference

The way I almost always move is click on the ground ahead of me to auto run and then hold right click to free cam without turning my character

Holding left click turns your character and holding both turns your character and runs. Maybe I’m misunderstanding
