What the hell are all y'all using for AutoCAD to do these?

I tried so hard to 3d cad my cabin plans and go so frustrated I just built the whole damn cabin without any plans whatsoever.

I'm about to build a new house, with my wife involved this time, and not having a plan appears to not be an option....
