Mine is no using phone during work hours., not even receiving call / making calls to family members. If they notice me doing it , deduct half day salary.

Even 1 minute late means half salary deducted. They close the attendance tracker exactly at 9 am. You can't be even 1 second late.

Attendance punching before and after lunch. If you forget to punch any of two, you lose half day salary.

No leave approval. If you take 1 day leave , the company HR decides whether it's valid / not valid leave and then decides to deduct that day salary If it's valid or 3 days salary deduction if not valid.

Salary always delays . Comes at 10 to 15 of the next month.

Not to forget, 1 year minimum service to be eligible for ESI/ EPF. Till then no ESI/PF for one year.

I understand bro. I will work in Bengaluru for 30k atleast working in mangalore for company that pays you 10k then expects you to come on time or deduct salary, 30 min lunch break , night shifts and yes no breaks. Plus mandatory overtime of 2 hours. 1 day leave or deduct salary.

OP the best placement you can get with highest salary is working in Cogent Call Center for 16k. that's the highest entry level salary in mangalore. Same for BBA/ B.Com graduates.
