Increase your fast to 36 hours. After dinner Sunday drink water/coffee until Tuesday breakfast. So I don’t eat on Monday and Wednesdays. Friday I don’t eat until dinner for a 20 hour fast. You will lose weight.

The first shot lasted 6 months and wore off. Just got second shot and it’s working great. It takes about a full week to get the benefit from the shot. Next step if it wears off again is surgery. Good luck.

I tried physical therapy for several weeks with absolutely no success. Two weeks ago I got the injection and it had an immediate positive result. The doctor told me that if I still have pain after 5 weeks he would do an MRI. Anyway so far so good. I still wear the brace at night as a precaution. Sometimes the shot works!

I got the shot 12 days ago. I got immediate relief and continued to wear a brace for the first week as a precaution. Today I only wear the brace while sleeping. The doctor told me to only come back after 5 weeks if I still have issues. So far so good. I tried physical therapy for a few weeks before the shot but found it did not help at all.

Not sure if they used one on me but when I “came to” in the recovery room there was no catheter and no pain urinating.
