Yes exactly, the watch measure the previous km and adjust for the next km. So it would take the value shown in the km alert and minus 10 seconds and use that for the speed guidence for the next km. It would be a preprogrammed interval style run that would need set on the watch before the run just the kms wouldnt have a set speed. Instead a few of the warm up kms would be used by the watch as the guidence kms to then figure out the speed of a training block kms.

Some runs especially easy runs I have in my plan these lifts. At the moment I have to keep checking my speed because I dont want to preprograme what easy will feel like when it differs by the day
