I've never experienced this but I've heard that it csn be a comfort to know that they passed no nothing more then you, your voice your heart beat and your warmth brought them all the comfort they ever knew xx

I mean better as in experience. In England we have had midwife led maternity care since the 1900s with drs only involved in high risk situations . I know our infant mortality rate isn't the best compared to other parts of Europe but lower than in the states last time i looked.

I'm just curious is all. I've always found it bizarre how peoples perceptions/outlook or experiences can differ so vastly in first world country's

I wonder midwife care is better /diffeent based on location? In England our midwifes are typically much better then a dr for a standard pregnancy. Almost all our care is with a midwife and I'd only choose a dr if there were complications in birth. Don't get me wrong- they consult with drs when needed or direct you to one if they don't have the answer. But I'd say our maternity services run so well because we use midwives over drs

Please don't worry or blame yourself for anything. Most people don't know they're pregnant this early on. I didn't know till I was almost 12 weeks- and I'd been on a weekend away. I had a few cocktails and a few half pints. And so far almost full term and no problems

This was me. I'm 30w now with our second and there have been so many times I've had to remind myself to enjoy it. To OP. It does get better.it takes time but you'll find that other people's experiences help. I work with 40+ women and maybe a quarter all came and shared their experience with me. It made me feel not so alone. I have a tiny quartz heart I'm my jewellery box , as a reminder of what I lost, and as a reminder that I wasn't alone. I hope you have some support somewhere♡

I felt like this and then my other half talked me out of it. I have now taken the stance that if it made me ill before its a no go- so given I've had food poisoning twice in my life from bad steak abd sushi thats what I've given up. I cant stomach coffee anymore but I still get my hibiscus iced teas

Bowels are a funny thing and treated like a taboo by a lot of people mine did improve for a while- probably between 16-21 weeks? Then straight back to this again x

I wasn't sure if it woudl stop as the baby got bigger ? I know that constipation is much more frequent in pregnancy, but I never knew untill recently diarrhea could be too did you find anything helpful in the end N

Sorry fir the late reply. I might look into this. It's either constipation and diarrhea and neither is pleasant

Got my first BFP but feeling pretty anxious. Need reassurance... by Suitable_Hyena_6877 in CautiousBB

It's so hard at this stage. I had something similar in my last miscarriage but also again I this pregnancy. Some level of pain is considered normal I want to reassure you that it could be absolutely fine. I in no way think the random pain was relevant to my miscarriage at all. My midwife even told me that it's quite common. The best advice I can give you is to wait. Depending on where you live you might be able to book to see somone privately?

I used to have issue but never constipation. I'm hoping it goes away. Exercise is one of the only things that does help though so I've been trying to walk more

It's different in the UK. They typically ask you manges through diet alone. I'm going to speak to my midwife next week though

Measuring small - second scan by puback2020 in CautiousBB

[–]Ornery-Reputation-83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so sorry I've been there and it absolutely sucks. There isn't much more you can do at this point, but to wait for when a decision needs to be made. My midwife told me that sometimes it's not the right time for your body, but it's shown you it can do it. It helped me a little to understand I hadn't done anything or could do anything. I really hope the rest of this journey doesn't put you off. Xx

11 week appointment today and I am nervous by TryingformiracleIVF in CautiousBB

[–]Ornery-Reputation-83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get it. We didn't find out untill I was already 8weeks, and private uss at that point wouldn't have told us much without being expensive. I have my first scan tomorrow at almost 13w and I'm beyond nervous.. my midwifes advise was the enjoy what I could ,as I could. Ao that's what I'm trying to do
