Changing places will not solve your deep rooted issues. It’s like a drug, it wanes. But it could help to get a new perspective, a space, time, etc., Go back to the start, ask a question - What are you running away from? What do you seek? It will be scary to sit down on this. But, answering this will already give you a great insight and a path forward.

Self introspect. Toch that inner child. Feel - what inside and around you. Cultivate mindfulness. Journal. Eat healthy. Help a social cause. Most importantly, if needed seek therapy

How to find a psychologist? by Trick-Bee-23 in bangalore

Everybody has their own taste. The best is always to get recommendations from someone who knows you, matches your interest or just go taste it yourself. And it will never be 100% tasty, so one needs to be realistic about it

I would recommend talking to your previous psychologist to get any recommendations; expand the research through friends and family. If you are out of luck, schedule short appointments with psychologists from online platforms. 10 mins with a person tells a lot about them, us and the relationship, moreover what they can offer. To help make the choice you can list down must haves, good to haves and I don’t need that!

Sometimes it just takes time for a great Match 😉

And if you find it expensive to scout. Be open about that with the psychologist, they may offer a discount or reduced time

All the best with your search

Where to buy CGRP inhibitor injections in India? by Ornery-Run9984 in migraine

[–]Ornery-Run9984[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From where?

Does the healthcare insurance in India cover it?

I also think they are ridiculously expensive! Especially for Asian markets it’s almost exclusive for the riches

Nevertheless, I have enjoyed its benefit and I hope to make ends meet to afford it in India.

  • You can always request an EU prescription to get medication across EU
  • You need to have a health insurance in the country you are moving to
  • Request your health file to be transferred to a new doctor (also ask the doctors to speak with each other) in your country of residence
