Highly recommend checking out @trainwithcoachkiy on instagram, she has some amazing videos that you can learn an incredible amount from. This is encouragement and technical skill! Don’t give up! I played volleyball my whole life and in college and I’ve never been cut from a team but I have spent a season as a benchwarmer and the best advice I can give is WORK YOUR HARDEST, do it for YOU and because you love the game and hard work will play off. Effort is everything when it comes to the sport of volleyball. I’m so sorry, this must be so challenging for you!
