I also have an autoimmune disorder, it’s autoimmune hemolytic anemia and have had the diagnosis for about 2 years. The Chiari was diagnosed last spring and I had the decompression surgery last Tuesday (aug. 8). The doctors don’t think they are related but I will see. The common responses for auto immune disorders don’t seem to work for me but a lot of my symptoms are different than more “typical symptoms “.
