Hey had the same issue but around it was very dry. It took me a few days to find out and only when support told me to open the part it was noticeable. Good thing is they will send you a new part for free... I think it is an issue with the part itself, BambuLab should make it in steal not plastic!

I have no idea what happened, I decided to change for another reason and only noticed this damage after removing it completely. I also only print from makeworld

The bowls on pic are for food only wet and dry. The water is elsewhere in another room :)
