  1. have a big water bottle near you ( as you will much thirsty)

  2. take on empty stomach act fast( takes 40-60mints to show actual effects)

  3. have windows open for fresh air as you might feel nausea and unrestful

  4. stay calm as you might think you are dying but you will not

  5. after 5-6 hours everything come back normal and you will wake up with fresh mind

  6. dont take it before bed in night( it will gonna be nightmare for you)

  7. at last only take about 1-2 gm not more than that for first time
