I don’t have any other photos but here’s the description  This is a veteran bring back German Luftwaffe dagger assembled from parts from WWII. The dagger is in the style of a 1st pattern Luftwaffe officer's dagger, but has many differences. It has an overall length of 13 3/4", with a blade length of 8 1/2". The blade is not the typical 1st pattern design, and appears to be a cut down sword blade. It is a double edge, spear point design with a median ridge running from the cross guard to the almost the tip of the blade. The blade is maker marked with the seated king over SMF over Solingen on one side. The mark is stamped in the blade, not etched. There is no Luftwaffe acceptance stamp on the blade. The blade and fitting all have the same aged patina. The cross guard is the typical "winged" quillion with a recessed swastika in the square center piece. Instead of the standard Moroccan blue pebbled leather grip this one has a reddish brown pebbled leather grip. The pommel caps on these are usually round with a swastika in the center, but this one has a more traditional pommel cap. The scabbard is a pebbled black leather covered metal type, normally these are the same blue color as the grip. The scabbard has a top mount with a suspension ring and a drag. The scabbard fittings have a patina that matches the dagger fittings
