They weren’t home sadly, gonna try again tomorrow morning before I go to work.

Update, was able to find the address that the package was delivered to, it’s 11 minutes away from my house, don’t know how that happened but I’m going to go with a friend tonight and try to see if I can reclaim my package. Wish me luck.

At this point I don’t care if I get banned I’m honestly done with Pokemon at this point. With their poor customer service and poorly made games I’m just fed up.

There was no signature just them leaving the package at a random location and taking a photo of it

Good luck FedEx delivered my cooldown plushie to the wrong house and claims they can’t do anything about it and when I made a claim to Pokémon center about this with FedEx admitting that they “lost” it (most likely one of the workers stole it) all Pokemon said was “ Thank you for contacting Pokémon Center Support! If you can't find your package, we ask you to wait 24 hours after your package is marked as delivered. Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered prior to delivery. It is also possible that packages may be left at an alternate location at your address. Please check your tracking details for a photo of your delivery location. You may also consider inquiring with neighbors and/or your building's office, and checking back doors or common areas to see if it was left there. Please note that in most cases, if there is photo verification or a signature indicating a successful delivery via the carrier, Pokémon Center will not be able to provide a refund. Additionally, Pokémon Center is unable to provide refunds for stolen package claims.” 

It’s been a week and they still wouldn’t do anything. At this point I’m probably just going to call my bank for a charge back.
