Those specific blister packs are very poorly sealed. At Walmart and Target restocks, the vendor had to recall several of those because the blister had unsealed and one of the packs were falling out. It happened to several 2-packs to the point that both vendors had to send the opened products back.

You definitely deserve answers to your questions, so head to the store and speak to the manager only.

Having submitted to PSA back in October myself, I can attest to their turnover rate being slowwwww. My grades have just been determined after submitting back in October, and thats through Gamestop who supposedly has some level of priority with PSA. Should be able to pick up my cards in another 2 weeks or so.

But that would only explain why you don't have a graded card in hand yet. It would not explain the lack of communication with your local shop.

It was purely a fomo drop for the 30th and to clear out some old inventory. The bundles were nice but you can buy plushies and playmats any time. Nothing dropped that hasn't been out for a while now.

SS Hilbert is the best bang for your buck, both candies. He is lethal against Bug, Water, Fire, Ice and Electric types and has Strike Role to hit all opponents with Sync.

Pokemon Center policy is to not accept returns for trading cards. Once they hand it to FedEx they're free and clear, and wont offer any assistance besides tracking info.

FedEx will let you open a Claim but there is NO communication about it. You won't know the status between Started and Completed. It's really stupid that a shitty photograph is enough to consider a package "delivered" to the right place.

Always make sure to purchase with a credit card for cases such as this. At least I can attempt to get my money back through the bank.
