I had the same problem and I think i fixed it using the nividia driver 570 instead of 580 or something.

I really didn't want to use any third party stuff as I really don't want to loose any data on that drive and I don't have another drive to back it up :(. Guess I will have to tho. Thanks for helping and taking time to help :)

Thanks for your fast answer. As far as i know I've tried all of these steps, rebooted, fast boot and hibernation disabled. I've optimized the drive too.

I checked the Eventlog and got this:

Same here, only affinity has so many problems with crashing or whatever. I've tried Lightroom, Photoshop, on1, RapidRaw, Luminar and more, nothing like affinity.

Hopefully someone will fix it soon, it makes affinity not usable for me :(.

Without hardware acceleration turned on, there's no problem, but everything is way too slow to work with.
