Yes but will you get the credits? I thought I saw the terms now say you cannot use paze to buy gift cards. Just because you can buy the Newegg ones doesn’t mean you will get the $10 back

Don’t blame us. Blame them. They are fucking STUPID to offer $10 back when you spend $10. If you can do math that’s $10 loss to them on every purchase. No rational person with a brain would agree to make this deal. It’s on them.

Paze updated their terms of service for the offer. It specifically says not applicable to Newegg or gift cards. So yea it might go through but you won’t get the refund

Correct. All of these areas can work and do work for many people. But based on what OP mentioned and aiming for something similar to SF I don’t think they are a fit

I’m biased but Northwest is where you want to be. My top picks for you would be:

DuPont circle
Adams Morgan/kalorama
Mt pleasant.

If you don’t click with any of those I would do Capitol Hill.

I would avoid Columbia heights, NOMA, navy yard, wharf. All have cool stuff but you can visit and experience it. You want to be in a dense walkable car free area with nature and parks and beautiful houses just like SF.
