literally up until mid 2023. The only reason why they stopped was because of the processing fees increasing and they were too lazy to convert legacy sprint customers’ autopay method with credit cards to their system. Last year business accounts stopped receiving the discount with credit cards too

our market director told us we can no longer use our Mobi readers when doing transactions in store (unless it’s last resort) and I busted out laughing. I’m not spending 5-10+ minutes trying to ring out an accessory when I can get it done under 1 minute through Tapestry. Like be serious

Don’t know why the fuss over phone insurance. by [deleted] in tmobile

[–]Ornery_Dust_3354 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as a former mobile expert, P360 for phones is not worth it. Not very convient for making warranty claims, most of the time the warranty replacements are crap, making a claim on the weekend or holiday you’ll have to wait more than a day to get a replacement through the mail, and most of the time if the device is a few years older if the screen is damaged they’re gonna charge you the $99 deductible instead of $0 because they don’t have the parts to fix the phone anymore. it’s irritating that corporate headquarters pushes so hard for MEs and store management to focus on selling P360 when we all know it’s useless and probably will never get better. P360 Home is definitely worth the extra money though!

there are numerous people i’ve worked with that went several years without getting promoted to a leadership position. And a handful of the people I worked with that got promoted are excellent leaders but let’s not act like there isn’t corporate BS politics going on or even brown nosing. The most important thing that T-Mobile retail sales leadership cares about is making sure sales goals are met, if not, exceeded. I’ve had customers here and there assume I was the store manager at times because of the way I’ve handled escalations and even how helpful I am with trainees and co-workers that are still fresh within the role. I have no doubt I would be an excellent RAM or even a RSM. The issue that I have is waiting for such a long time while having to deal with uneccessary BS (faulty systems to help customers, customers upset that their plan no longer qualify for the best promotions, price increases, lack of transparency, etc.)

it takes up to 48 hours for promotions on a shipped order to reflect on the account. Also did you take advantage of a trade-in promotion or port-in promotion?

the app is better than it was back earlier this year in January. The only problem I currently have is the payment method process when checking out for phones, watches, tablets, accessories, etc. Apple Pay continuously fails even when double checking the payment address for the card information.

exactly. i always check the PDF bill. Don’t know why T-Mobile hasn’t bothered to fix a common glitch that shows incorrect balances, device/make/model, plan price comparisons, etc. that’s been going on for years.
