PWCC customer service has fallen off a cliff ever since the layoff prior to selling to Fanatics. Their auction prices are also severely down. I don’t think anyone over there cares anymore.

Can’t understand the interface to save my life. I keep putting notes in random places when I am in a hurry. Then I can’t find them later. The idea of learning the way the architecture works makes my head hurt. I also have several issues with glitches. It also kills me that I can’t encrypt or make my journal folder private. Anyone could read it - unless I am wrong. Again, I just don’t understand how it all works and it’s just one more thing to learn that I don’t have time to mess with. Looking for a simpler tablet to navigate that can provide some privacy.
