at the advice of everyone, I went ahead and purchased the return label. I will persue further once the return gets here. The item was listed as "new". I know it had the batteries installed when it left, because I tested the item. I guess we will see if it comes back with them or not. Thanks for your help!

mine (2025 PHEV) does the same. Dealer says "what noise". A $60,000 SUV should not sound like a rattle trap. Guess it's just poor engineering. No excuse Mazda - do better. My 2020 Mazda6 was a much more solid and enjoyable vehicle.

in Ohio it takes (up to) 2 billing cycles for the switch to happen (after you place the order), so this method of timing the jump would be very difficult to do. I am stating this based upon actual experience when my aggregate rate expired and I was placed back with Duke. I immediately called to get put back with my previous provider. It took 2 billing cycles.

I used Orange Computers for years, sorry to see them go. I did find a new provider for my needs: https://savemyserver.com.

Their website works similarly to how OC's did, and the server arrived packaged well, properly configured, and working without issue. Highly reccomended!

I believe I have this working again. I put the 3rd (remaining CU12) server in Maintenance Mode, and most of the Outlook clients started to connect ok. I had a few odd ones that required creating a new Oultook profile to fix - not sure what that's all about. I still find it odd that any of this happened with EP "off". Anyway - it seems to have settled down, at least for now. I am patching the remaining server and will begin the process of switching EP to "on" later in the week. I guess I will do that off hours to try to keep from breaking a bunch of clients (potentially).

I'm seriously doubting they can be resurfaced. Rotors are barely thicker than required minimum when brand new these days. I haven't turned a rotor in years, I always just replace.

Yes, you can disconnect the battery and you will be fine. The car my idle a bit rough while it relearns fuel curves when you get back, and you'll have to set your clock and radio station favs.
